Vi boede 6 personer i Joans fine bolig og der var god plads, både inde og ude. Joan var meget let at kommunikerer med og modtog os med lidt frugt og drikkevare. Alt i alt en fin oplevelse at bo i villaen, der ligger i et fint og roligt kvarter med let adgang til både by og natur.

We stayed 6 people in Joan’s fine residence, and there was plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors. Joan was very easy to communicate with and welcomed us with some fruit and drinks. All in all, a great experience staying in the villa, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood with easy access to both the city and nature.

We had a lovely week with the family, especially enjoyed cooking and eating outside by the pool

Really enjoyable time staying at Joan’s place, would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil place to stay in Santa Ponsa. Beautiful villa, close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Ideal for a family holiday. Only thing I would say is that the air conditioning around the property is quite poor – I visited very recently when the temperature was very high and there is only one AC unit in the 4 bedrooms available. That said Joan was kind enough to buy some large fans for each room that didn’t. So in my opinion just approach with caution if you are visiting during very hot periods. Joan is a very welcoming and accommodating host so no complaints on that side.

We hebben een heerlijke ontspannen vakantie gehad, Joan was er als je hem nodig had, en liet ons ook rustig ons gang gaan zonder opdringerig te zijn, Joan is een super host heel betrokken bij het verblijf en zijn (tijdelijke) bewoners. Het verblijf was ook uitstekend onderhouden.

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday, Joan was there if you needed him, and also let us go quietly without being intrusive, Joan is a super host very involved in the stay and his (temporary) residents. The accommodation was also excellently maintained.

Immaculate villa, as described in the listing. the pool was a hit with the whole family and we spent hours of a day in it. we enjoyed using the outdoor cooking facilities and spent the majority of our time using the seating area beside the pool although the other terraces were beautiful too. The kitchen is very well equipped and we really appreciated the essentials that had been left for us by the host. The villa is around a 15/20 min walk to the nearest supermarket, 10 mins to a little beach and play park (aimed at younger kids but perfect for us) and there were plenty of restaurants to pick from too. we had a few minor issues and Joan was the perfect host and sorted them out right away for us- we couldn’t have asked for better! Joan was flexible with our check in times too which was ideal. air conditioning in all the bedrooms (other than master bedroom) would have been the icing on the cake as it did get very hot at night. beautiful villa and amazing host.

Joan was the perfect host, always on hand to answer any queries straight away. He was very kind and understanding. The villa itself was amazing! The pool was beautiful and gardens were well kept which was our highlight. Inside was lovely with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. There is plenty of room for everyone with large dining areas inside and out. It was also very clean. The villa is in a good location, only about 15-20 walk to santa ponça but also easy to use taxis into other areas of mallorca. I could not recommend this villa more and Joan as a host.

We’re just back from had a fantastic stay at the Villa, 6 of us there for a week. The villa is so spacious, we loved the outdoor area and pool, we spent a lot of time chilling out poolside and enjoying lunches at the large table. We especially loved the terrace area to the front of the villa, the perfect spot to enjoy the early evening sun shine with a few drinks. The location was also perfect, very peaceful area and only a 20 min walk into the town to all the restaurants and bars. All round a fabulous villa and we’d go back again for sure.

We stayed with our son daughter in law and 3 children . The villa in arrival was immaculate and we were shown around by Joan . It was great place for everyone . The children loved the pool . Lots of different areas to eat . We felt very secure and safe it was a lovely quiet area. We hope to return .

The house is as advertised, very clean and everything in place, and is extremely well set up for an extended stay. joan Was helpful and in close communication, and had left us wine and fresh fruit as a welcome.

Lovely villa with an amazing swimming pool which we spent most of our time in due to the very hot weather. We went as a family of 6 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of space for everyone. A 15 minute walk into Santa Ponsa itself and only 5 Euros for a taxi. Communication with Joan was excellent and he went above and beyond trying to locate a baker to make a birthday cake for my granddaughter. Would definitely recommend the villa as it offers everything you need for a great holiday.

The place was spectacular! Clean, spacious and well organised. The location is perfect, takes just 10-15 min to go to Santa Ponca city center. With 2 beaches next door it is really convenient. The host was really friendly and helpful, quick to respond. We had toddlers with us and the host fulfilled all our requests without a problem. We really enjoyed spending our holiday and having summer dinners by the pool and barbecue. Totally recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here, everything was perfect. The house was beautiful and the communication was brilliant with Joan. Joan was so welcoming and friendly upon arrival and even left fresh fruit and welcome packs on our beds.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definately be back!

La maison est très pratique et très propre rien a dire. Joan est très sympathique et a été de bon conseil pour notre séjour

L’intérieur de la maison propose de bonnes prestations, la décoration est un peu datée mais tout est très fonctionnel.
Le coin piscine et la piscine sont vraiment top.

We had an amazing stay at the house.
Everything was better than expected!
Clean and everything there, even two baby beds.
It was great to chill either on the terrace next to the kitchen or at the pool. Also the barbecue at the pool is really great.
Great host and easy communication.
Can highly recommend!

We were in the house for two weeks and nothing was missing. Very nice atmosphere, good kitchen equipment and the residential area is very quiet.
Joan went out of his way to make sure we had a perfect stay. Everything went smoothly and very accommodating.
We will gladly go again!

Das Haus ist perfekt für 4 Paare ausgestattet. Sowohl die vorhandenen Bäder/WCs als auch die gesamte Ausstattung deckt den Bedarf von 8 Personen gut ab.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, besonders der gastfreundliche Empfang in Form einer gefüllten Obstschale und ein paar wohl durchdachten Vorräten war bemerkenswert.
Die Kommunikation mit Joan war perfekt, fast sofort wurden Emails usw. beantwortet.
Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Gruppe geeignet, besonders den abendlichen Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen.
Wir können guten Gewissens diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und danken Joan für die schöne Woche in Santa Ponsa.

The host was in touch during our stay and responded quickly. The house is very well equipped. The photos in advertisement correspond to reality. We enjoyed our stay there. We rented a car so everything was close enough (to walk with a kid to the good beach is not very comfortable). I recommend this house. The only thing potential guests should account for is that in September there are really bloodthirsty mosquitos and we lost our night fights against them 🙂

Great location – nice and quiet while being 10 min walk from the beach and 5 min away from good restaurants. House is clean and spacious. And next year they’ll be a swimming pool!! :)) i recommend!

Es war schön bei Joan zu sein. Riesen gemütlichen Haus , schöne Terrasse, sehr gute Ventilatoren in jedem Zimmer. Die Küche hat gute Ausstattung. Das Auto könnte immer gut parken. Bei jeder Frage war Joan immer zu erreichen und hat blitzschnell reagiert . Vielen Dank Joan für dein Haus und für deine Hilfe.
