Joan was a great host, very responsive and sending helpful information / details before we even arrived. He kindly let us check in late at night and waited for us to arrive, as well as getting us a couple of essential supplies for the kids. Couple of minor issues when we were there and he responded and attended quickly and dealt with them.
House was great for our family, 4 adults and 4 kids, all loved the house and pool.
We had 2 hire cars which could park on the drive so we could explore further afield.
We would happily come back and stay if we returned to Mallorca.
